Strengthening My Lungs

Today, November 6, 2021, I held my breath counting up to 15 one thousand.

I have been working on this, off and on, for a while.

I repeated that 5 times.

My goal for today is to do 3 sets of 15 held breaths each.

By 5:30 PM, I managed holding my breath to 15 counts twice and to 12 counts also twice and one to 10 counts.

I did my last group of 5 each, counting to 10 finished by 10:14 PM.
