Being Morbidly Obese and Strengthening My Lungs

At now under 300 pounds a little (current weight at this writing 291.00) I have terrible shortness of breath.

Also, I have back problems, truly no surprise there.

So, earlier this week, I felt more motivated than I have been in the past and began working on my lung strengthening exercises.

I started with holding my breath up to the count of 5. 1 one-thousand, then 2 one thousand, etc, counting to 5 on each set.

This board will show my progress in that area.
