I have been having a hard time doing my exercises. But, today, I did one short set of counting to 5 one thousand. I will try to do another later on today.

My Breathing Exercises

I haven’t done these for a few days because I have a bad post-nasal drip cough, and it has been hard for me to hold my breath for long. So, today I will focus on holding my breath to the count of 5 and see how that goes for me.

My Breathing Exercises for Sunday, 11-7-2021

I did 5 sets of holding my breath for 15 one-thousands around 1:00 PM. I did 5 sets of holding my breath, 2 up to 15 counts and the remaining 3 up to 10 counts around 4:56 PM.
